Their showroom is excellent! Love the way their whole office is designed. Their staff are very knowledgeable and a wealth of knowledge on everything and anything with regards to hardwood flooring. With a wide range of hardwood flooring available from the likes of Merbau to the more exclusive Ebony, their quality is without a doubt, top-notch.
Have seen their installers at work at my friends houses and i must say, their professionalism is excellent. However all this great work and product comes with a very nice (eye-opening) price tag attached. Not for the faint of heart!! Expect to pay top dollar for the product and service but the finished floor deserves two thumbs up!

My first experience with a hardwood flooring company was with RVWoods. Customer service was excellent but their installation work left much to be desired. Installation was done by a third-party installer which was recommended by the company. Floor installation was ok, varnishing had to be done a few time due to inconsistencies of the finishing, floor skirting installation was passable at best and i had made repeated complaints regarding the floor in my walk-in wardrobe which was not evenly finished.
Loved the look and feel of the merbau flooring used but disappointed with the smaller details which were not well done. But on the bright side, my bedroom flooring looked so much better than it was before and felt a hell lot nicer to walk on. Not the only hardwood flooring company around but still worth having a look at. Point to note, my experience may not be reflective of others so you decide.

Never tried these guys and don’t have any friends that have used their services as yet, so i can’t really tell you much about them. Hahahahaha… so if you’re looking for hardwood flooring and if they give you the most value for your money, well you’ll just have to take a leap of faith.
