The facade of any home is a vital part of any good home makeover and renovation. It is the first thing that graces the sight of your visitors as well as people passing the area of your home. Over the past couple of months I have noticed that many renovated homes have been going for the raw concrete look and it was pleasantly refreshing to see a home that has skewed away from this.
Located in the residential area of Kiev in the Ukraine, this aptly named Kiev Residence was the result of the creativity of Yunakov Architecture Construction. The owners of this beautiful 6,450 sq/ft, 2 storey, 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom contemporary home really went all out to create a unique home. The red brick facade which dominates the facade and is used throughout, would have taken numerous weeks to complete, the workmanship required to build so fine a red brick facade has to be meticulous and the bricks used only of the highest quality to avoid potential imperfections.
This is definitely an interesting look at a home from a country more uncommonly featured but we’ll let the pictures speak for themselves this time around.
